M.W.: Laura Freeman at Acorn Theater with Doris Day Tribute
Chicago based singer Laura Freeman debuts at the ACORN THEATER (107 Generations Drive, Three Oaks, MI - 269-756-3879) on Sunday, June 6th at 3:00 pm with her show "Sentimental Journey - The Music of Doris Day". As an actress/singer, Laura has performed all over the world. She is thrilled to be back in her parent's backyard, with this delightful tribute to Doris Day. Laura grew up in the theatres around South Bend: The Round Barn at Amish Acres, Wagon Wheel Playhouse and The Enchanted Hills Playhouse. It's been 10 years since she has been back in the Michigan-Indiana area in a performance. Musical Director is the singer/arranger and Indiana native, Beckie Menzie.
