N.J.: JOSE RODRIGUEZ IN CONCERT IN UNION CITY
The City of Union City, NJ will be presenting a very special performance of "Jose Rodriguez in Concert" on Thursday, May 13th at 7:00 PM at the UNION CITY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (2500 Kennedy Boulevard, Union City, NJ). The concert will feature Jose on Bass accompanied by two Violins, a Viola, Piano, and Percussion, in a concert where Classical music meets Jazz & Latin. He will be featuring music from his latest CD "Moments in Life". Jose has performed with the Garden State Philharmonic, Albert Einstein Symphony Orchestra, New York Repertory Orchestra, Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company of Ridgewood, Monmouth Civic Chorus, Staten Island Philharmonic, American Stage Company, Lyric Opera of Bergen County, the Academic Symphony Orchestra and had the privilege of performing with the 2001 National Festival Orchestra at Carnegie Hall, under the direction of Lucas Foss. Admission is FREE, no reservations necessary, and free parking is available at the 23rd Street Parking Deck located on 23rd Street between Summit and Kerrigan Avenues.
