L.A.AREA: BLAME IT ON MIDNIGHT PRESENTS STEPFANIE KRAMER
BLAME IT ON MIDNIGHT (777 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA - 760-323-1200) will continues its regular weekly cabaret series under the direction of Les Michaels and Life Is A Cabaret Entertainment beginning Saturday, May 15th at 9:00 pm with television star Stepfanie Kramer who will be followed by dozens of headline entertainers throughout the Summer. Stepfanie's cabaret show "The Great American Songbook - Thanks For The Memories", recently enjoyed sold out runs in Hollywood and Las Vegas. Her musical director Ron Snyder, and her special guest star, Day Time Emmy Winner Gregg Marx, will join her. Gregg is known to soap fans for his roles on Days Of Our Lives and As The World Turns. Gregg is also the cousin of Desert local, Bill Marx, and the Grandson of Marx Brother, Gummo. Ms. Kramer is probably best known for her role as the tough-minded detective, Sgt. Dee Dee McCall on the popular NBC-TV series Hunter. But in addition to her numerous movie and television roles, she is well known as a powerful and unique singer. Her first CD, "One Dream", showed her as a talented composer and lyricist, whereas Her second CD "The Great American Songbook" is a live recording of popular standards. There is a $10 cover charge and 2-drink or dinner minimum.
