THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) is celebrating MARCH IS CABARET MONTH every Sunday in March (4 Shows, 4 Themes, 4 Casts, 4 Musical Directors, 4 Weeks) at 4:00 pm with CABARET JUBILATION. This Sunday, March 15th, the show is called "Good Humor" and features Dorothy Bishop, Joan Crowe, Tom Gamblin, Dana Lorge, Mark McCombs, Greg Paul, Gretchen Reinhagen and Warren Schein. The show is hosted by Jay Rogers & Aaron Morishita with Musical Direction by Ricky Ritzel. There is a $22.50 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

These two seasoned pros provide an unforgettable night of great songs and exhilarating vocals, with all proceeds benefiting the programs and services of The Actors Fund. Carol has performed roles with New York City Opera and symphonies across the country. With a cabaret resume that features Merkin Concert Hall and Danny's Skylight Room, Carol's remarkable range stretches from Strauss to Sondheim. The MAC award winning singer/ pianist Larry Woodard has performed at the Metropolitan Opera, the Russian Tea Room, The Oak Room as well as The White House. He has worked with an astonishing assortment for vocalists; from Kathleen Battle and Kiri Te Kanawa to Celeste Holm and Dixie Carter. The Actors Fund (http://www.actorsfund.org ) is a national human services organization that helps everyone - performers and those behind the scenes - who works in performing arts and entertainment, serving more than 17,000 people annually.
