NYC: TANYA MOBERLY CONTINUES NEW 7-MONTH SERIES AT DON'T TELL MAMA
CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE MEMBER DISCOUNT - $5 OFF THE COVER

Bistro Award and MAC Award Winning Performer, and Six-Time MAC Award Winning Producer, the acclaimed Tanya Moberly, started a new series of shows at DON'T TELL MAMA(343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) on Sunday, June 5th at 7:00 pm. The first show is a salute to Harry Nilsson, featuring Jon Weber at the piano. The final performance of the June series for June is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15th at 7:00 pm. Additional shows are scheduled each month, featuring several accompanists, through December. For each show in the series, there is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum. NYC: A TRIBUTE TO "GENTLEMAN" JOHN BUNCH, THE FRED ASTAIRE OF THE PIANO - JUNE 15th

THE METRO-POLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) presents Alex Leonard with 'A Tribute to "Gentleman" John Bunch, on Wednesday, June 15th at 7:00 pm. The show celebrates the life and career of John Bunch from his days growing up in the small farming community of Tipton Indiana, his heroic service during World War II, to his days of accompanying a who's who list of artists including Tony Bennett and Benny Goodman. A uniquely talented and gifted jazz pianist, John Bunch has been called "The Fred Astaire of the piano". Joining pianist/ vocalist Alex Leonard at the performance will be guitarist Al Gafa and John Bunch's friend and musical partner bassist Jay Leonhart. Featured in venues from Manhattan to Las Vegas, Europe and Japan, Alex has performed on stages such as Lincoln Center's Rose Hall, The Bruno Walter Auditorium, Joe's Pub, Below 54, The Cutting Room and as 'artist in residence' at The Metropolitan Room in NYC. A two time MAC Award nominee, Alex was a finalist in the Noel Coward Competition and a performer in the Cabaret Series at the National Arts Club hosted by Donald Smith. His recordings have received national airplay. He has also been a featured guest on many programs including Bloomberg Radio's The Business of Show Business. There is a $24 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
