LONDON: CALISTA KAZUKO AT THE CRAZY COQS
Alongside a host of special guest stars, sassy singer-songwriter Calista Kazuko presents an evening of musical madness that will have audiences laughing, crying and falling in love with this rapidly rising star at THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Monday, May 25th at 8:00 pm. Pop and the blues sit side by side in this intensely personal collection of songs, demonstrating Kazuko's enormous dynamic and expressive range. Her passionate vocals, unique material, and effortless glamour are wowing audiences in sell-out shows across Europe. Born into a bohemian family where music was the staple diet and virtuosity was expected, the sassy singer studied as a classical pianist at London's Royal Academy of Music before beginning her collaboration with songwriting legend Elliot James Frisby.
