CHICAGO: THE MADAM BARKER SHOW AT DAVENPORTS
500 Clown's lusty lunatic Madam Barker sings original songs by John Fornier on a wild romp through Chicago history at DAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830) on Saturday, May 30th at 8:00 pm. Barker and Fornier welcome some of Chicago's finest variety talent, including percussionist Sha Norman, with singer Ricky Harris and Neo-Futurist Malic White as the Gorgeous and Terrifying Barker Dames for 60 minutes of music, comedy and uncouth conversation. The show features Molly Brennan (500 Clown) as Madam Barker, John Fornier (Everybody Say Yes) on piano, sax, vocals and composition; Sha Norman (Barrel of Monkeys) as Sha Norman; Ricky Harris (Beverly Art Center) as Dame Ricky (vocals), and Malic White (Neo-Futurists) as Follow Spot (vocals). There is a $13 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
