"The British are Coming to Broadway", the fourth and final concert of the 2014-15 season in the CCP (Chicago Cabaret Professionals) highly successful Musical Mondays series, will be presented at VICTORY GARDENS BIOGRAPH THEATER(2433 North Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-871-3000) on Monday, April 27th at 7:30 pm. Mark Burnell is music director and Joan Curto directs a cast of eight acclaimed local cabaret performers. The roster includes Anne Burnell, Mark Burnell, John Eskola, Hilary Feldman, Scott Gryder, KT McCammond, Suzy Petri and Cheryl Szucsits. CHICAGO: ANDREA MARCOVICCI IN CHICAGO
PianoForte Foundation celebrates their tenth anniversary with a gala benefit at the RITZ-CARLTON CHICAGO - CONCORDE ROOM (160 East Pearson Street , Chicago, IL - 312-266-1000), on Friday evening, May 8th. Their 2015 Standing Ovation Award will be presented to Andrea Marcovicci for her longtime dedication to philanthropy in the arts. Performers will include Chicago jazz pianist George McRae and vocalist Lisa Zane. A PianoForte scholarship student will also perform. The evening begins with a 6:00 pm reception followed by 7:00 pm three-course dinner and program. Auction and raffle include a 1 week stay in Paris and your own concert at PianoForte Studios with live web streaming. Broadcaster Bill Moller will emcee. MEDIA, PA: KELLY BRIGGS IN HELLO DOLLY IN PENNSYLVANIA
Kelly Briggs opens tomorrow night (April 22nd) at the MEDIA THEATRE (104 East State Street, Media, PA - 610-891-0100) in their production of Hello Dolly as Horace Vandergelder and starring Andrea McArdle as Dolly. The show runs from April 22nd through May 24th. There are a few dates that Andrea will not be in the show due to previous commitments but those dates are posted on the website.
