Formerly based in Chicago, but with lucite heels now planted firmly in Seattle, BenDeLaCreme combines his/her background in the performing & visual arts with a love of spectacle, glamour, and Saturday morning cartoons to create a thick sludge of sparkly entertainment certain to stick to your ribs! The musical mission of Free Agency is to create a consistent sound as a band while having many changing lead voices. On any given performance, the band may include musicians as diverse as Eric Harland, Gerald Clayton, Harish Raghavan, Gretchen Parlato, Becca Stevens, Alan Hampton, and an orchestra from time to time. Every concert includes special mystery guest "free agents" as well. The individual band members will always remain a surprise, but the music will have the same intent.
