CHICAGO TONIGHT: A NIGHT OF EARTHA KITT WITH KT McCAMMOND AND BOB MOREEN
KT McCammond and Bob Moreen celebrate the life and career of the Eartha Kitt atKATERINA'S CLUB (1920 West Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL - 773-348-7592) on Saturday, May 18th at 6:30 pm. They will perform Eartha's great signature songs and discover some new and not so well known gems. Never the ingenue, KT began a musical theater career in 5th grade, appearing as Nancy in Oliver. Since then she has appeared as Sheila in A Chorus Line, Gypsy Rose Lee in Gypsy, a Kit Kat Girl in Cabaret and many other naughty girls. But her soul's passion is to sing and she became especially drawn to the work of Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Eartha Kitt. Call for cover/minimum information.
