Lua Hadar will perform an acoustic trio concert, with Lua on multi-lingual vocals vocals, Jason Martineau on piano, Dan Fabricant on bass, on Sunday, May 20th at 5:00 pm, the gala closing day of the SF INTERNATIONAL ARTS FESTIVAL ) in the FESTIVAL LOUNGE BACK ROOM (540 Sutter Street, SF - 415-399-9554). Multi-lingual vocalist Lua Hadar is on a mission to create world unity through music, one audience at a time. Her new CD, Like A Bridge, just released in NYC, was recorded in 7 languages at the legendary Fantasy Studios in Berkeley. Lua's eclectic world jazz sound draws from many nations and many styles, connected by our common humanity. Instantly accessible and truly exotic, this Broadway-influenced performer has been molded by cultural exchange experiences in places as diverse as Bali, Russia, Switzerland, Japan, Thailand, France and Italy.
