CHI: ROBYN SPANGLER STOPS AT DAVENPORT'S ON USA TOUR
L.A. based Robyn Spangler brings her award winning show "Why I Love Linda Ronstadt" toDAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830 - ) on Thursday, April 19th at 8:00 pm. She will be accompanied by Musical Director Jeffrey Roscoe on piano and Patrick Williams on bass. Ronstadt is best known as the queen of the "rock ballad" with her string of hits in the late 60s and early 70s but that's just the beginning of a four plus decade career in music which includes almost every genre. Spangler, who has been singing professionally since she was 17, made her cabaret debut in 2009. Robyn was voted Los Angeles' Best Female Cabaret Artist by BroadwayWorld.com and is currently touring the USA and with an appearance in New York City.
