NYC: CHRIS LEMMON'S "TWIST" - THE STAGE EXPERIENCE
On the heels of his critically acclaimed novel (Algonquin Books), and the release of his new album "Twist of Lemmon, A Musical Memoir" Chris Lemmon will bring his new show "Twist - The Stage Experience" to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Friday, October 14th at 7:00 pm. In the show he has gone a step further to create a totally new stage experience about his memories of growing up "Hollywood", the son of world-famous actor Jack Lemmon. "Twist" features nine original piano compositions, along with a spoken narrative that will move the audience with touching and heartfelt stories, and laugh out loud anecdotes of his life and times in the world of Hollywood stardom. Guiding them on an emotional and personal life tour, while attempting to answer that one question Chris Lemmon was asked his entire life: What was it like to be Jack Lemmon's son? There is a $30 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
