NYC: JAN DALEY HONORS MUSIC OF BOB HOPE AT FEINSTEIN'S
Vocalist Jan Daley brings her show "Where There's Hope - A Tribute to the Love Songs of Bob Hope's Legacy: to FEINSTEIN'S at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue, NYC - 212-339-4095) on Sunday, April 3rd at 8:30 pm. Jan Daley was the singing star of Bob Hope's Troop shows and entertained over 100,000 troops around the world including in wartime Viet Nam. When Hope died, the Hope family chose Jan to perform "Thanks for the Memory," Hope's own signature song, at his memorial. Her new CD, Where There's Hope, is a tribute to her former boss; it takes a new look at the many love songs the funny man introduced to the world. There is a $30-$50 cover with a $25 food/drink minimum.
