NYC: BETTY BUCKLEY AT THE BROOKLYN CENTER FOR PERF. ARTS
Betty Buckley brings her acclaimed show "Broadway by Request!" featuring Seth Rudetsky to the BROOKLYN CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS (2900 Campus Road, Brooklyn, NY - 718-951-4500) on Saturday, April 9th at 8:00 pm. Tony Award winner Betty Buckley performs audience favorites from her illustrious Broadway career in landmark musicals. The performance will be followed by an exclusive VIP reception, where select guests will have the opportunity to meet Ms. Buckley as Brooklyn Center presents her with its 2011 Cultural Leadership Award. The reception will also include a silent auction fundraiser where guests can bid on an Apple IPAD, VIP seating for four to Macy's 2011 Thanksgiving Day Parade, designer jewelry, and more. A portion of every ticket sold goes to support Brooklyn Center's educational programs. Tickets are $65-$45. VIP tickets that include both the concert & reception are $175.
