NYC: ERIN SHIELDS IN THE IRIDIUM JAZZ CLUB NEW FACES SERIES
Vocalist Erin Shields will perform songs from the Great American Songbook as well as various original compositions by herself, pianist David Shenton and bassist Dave Finck at IRIDIUM JAZZ CLUB (1650 Broadway, NYC - 212-582-2121) as part of their New Faces series, on Saturday, July 17th at 12:00 midnight. Some of the one-of-a-kind jazz arrangements, commissioned by Ms. Shields (and arranged by pianist David Shenton) were recently performed by Renee Fleming. Ms. Shields has recently excited audiences with sell-out performances at The Metropolitan Room, Caffe Vivaldi, The Forest Hills Summer Jazz Series and The Barnes and Noble Any Wednesdays Concert Series (Lincoln Center).
