EVERYTHING OLD IS NEW AGAIN, on the Radio over WBAI 99.5 FM and on the Internet at http://www.wbai.org/, usually heard from 9:00 to 11:00 pm on Sundays, and is hosted by David Kenney. Each week David presents the usual blend of big-band jazz, swing, standards, showtunes, contemporary cabaret and celebrity interviews plus MEGA-MEDLEY MADNESS. On Sunday, April 18th, the show continues its new format, featuring several artists instead of one. This week David will feature the music of Charles Strouse. Some of the songs from his career that he will perform: "Put On A Happy Face" from BYE BYE BIRDIE and "You've Got Possibilities" from IT'S A BIRD... IT'S A PLANE... IT'S SUPERMAN and more. David will also have an In-Studio Interview with Penny Fuller & Charles Strouse prior to performing at the PRIMARY STAGES SPRING CELEBRATION CONCERT SERIES on Wednesday, April 28th.
