Featuring the sounds of Hoagy Carmichael, Leonard Bernstein, Miles Davis, Dick Hyman, Sarah Vaughan and Fred Astaire. Celebrate Bill Charlap's 10th anniversary as Artistic Director as he returns with more than three dozen world-class jazz artists to celebrate the 30th annual Jazz in July Festival. What better reason to stay in the city for the summer than to hear Jazz in July founder Dick Hyman plus beloved jazz greats Jimmy Greene, Jeremy Pelt, Ken Peplowski and more!Be transported to the iconic Greenwich Village jazz clubs of Wonderful Town, 1950s street gangs of West Side Story and more New York landmarks from Leonard Bernstein on Wednesday, July 23rd at 8:00 pm.
