NYC CABARET TONIGHT: MYLES MANCUSO BAND AT THE IRIDIUM
The Miles Mancuso Band (Myles Mancuso, vocals, guitar, organ; Brandon Morrison, bass; Joe Piteo, drums; Jeremy Baum, keyboards) will perform atIRIDIUM JAZZ CLUB (1650 Broadway, NYC - 212-582-2121) on Friday & Saturday, June 21st & 22nd with shows at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. At the age of nine Myles was affectionately referred to as "Mojo" in a newspaper article about him. Now 17 years old Myles Mancuso is a nationally recognized prodigy who fronts his own band, singing and playing Guitar and Keyboards. Noted by True Fire as one of the Top 10 Guitar Prodigies in the World, Myles has been preforming professionally for audiences since the age of 10. Myles' story was recently nominated for a 2012 Emmy and won a 2012 Cable Telly Award. In 2012 he was awarded for his outstanding musicianship at the Berklee College of Music in Boston Ma.. His band has performed at festivals such as Mountain Jam, The Sarasota Blues Fest and The NY State Blues Fest and Gathering of the Vibes in 2012. There is a $20 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
