Jonathan Poretz, who has starred as Frank Sinatra in the long-running Vegas show, "The Rat Pack is Back," celebrates the carefree spirit and fun filled nightlife that epitomized the casino lounges of the swinging 60s at RRAZZ ROOM at THE HOTEL NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-394-1189 - ) on Wednesday, September 29th at 8:00 pm. Backed by his jazz and swing-infused quartet, Jonathan creates an intimate after-hours atmosphere, weaving the Great American Standards with stories about the men and women who composed and performed these wonderful songs. And just like the Vegas lounge scene made famous by legends such as Louis Prima and Keely Smith, expect the unexpected. Performing with Jonathan are Lee Bloom on piano, Jeff Neighbor on bass, Kent Bryson on drums and Jeff Sanford on reeds. There is a $30 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
