SAN FRANCISCO, CA: JIM AMBLER & PIERCE BRANDT AT FEINSTEIN'S
Jim Ambler & Pierce Brandt perform at FEINSTEIN'S AT THE NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 866-663-1063) on Wednesday, September 9th at 7:00 pm. Jim and Pierce became friends when they were cast as the celebrity singing duo "Wallace and Davis" in the hit stage version of the classic film White Christmas made famous by Danny Kaye and Bing Crosby. Receiving rave reviews from audiences and critics, Ambler and Brandt's chemistry onstage was apparent enough that they knew they had to continue collaborating. Now having joined forces with veteran performer and pianist Billy Philadelphia as musical director, Ambler and Brandt are ready to make their cabaret debut with Two on the Boards in Feinstein's at the Nikko with special guest Melissa O'Keefe. Jim Ambler is a San Francisco native with several Broadway and national tour credits to his name including Cats, Footloose, Saturday Night Fever and The Producers. Also a Bay Area native, Pierce Peter Brandt performed in the touring Broadway productions of Les Miserables, Martin Guerre (from the creators of Les Miserables), and Jesus Christ Superstar, and has performed locally with TheatreWorks, American Conservatory Theatre, American Musical Theatre of San Jose, 42nd Street Moon, Symphony Silicon Valley and the Califormia Pops Orchestra.
