Arnaldo! Drag Chanteuse will be performing, celebrating the holiday season at THE KIRKLAND PERFORMANCE CENTER (350 Kirkland Avenue, Kirkland, WA - 425-893-9900) on Friday, December 19th at 8:00 pm as the special guest of Captain Smarty Pants and Sensible Shoes for KPC's Late Night Holiday Cabaret. Fierce. Fabulous. Festive! A night of drag and holiday traditions turned on their heads. KPC's Holiday Late Night show features the fabulous Drag Chanteuse Arnaldo!, the Seattle Men's Chorus group Captain Smartypants, and the Seattle Women's Chorus group Sensible Shoes. Captain Smartypants, Sensible Shoes, and Arnaldo! will bring the hilarious campy fun with satirical versions of your favorite holiday songs. Hosted by David Hunter Koch. At KPC's Holiday Late Night, they don't limit stage time to the performers. Enjoy 3 different contests: Ugly Sweaters, Lip Synching, and Dancing! Wear your ugliest sweater or most Christmasy outfit and get your voice and dance moves ready to dazzle your friends and win fun prizes. The return of KPC's Olde Time Holiday Show, a holiday variety show blending singers, dancers, circus performers, illusionists, and Celtic Christmas favorites features opera singer Steve Thoreson, pianist Rob Jones, Celtic musician Hanz Araki, comedic singer Aunt Dottie, illusionist Steffan Soule, clown Bill Robison, and Roberto the Magnificent. Hosted by the wonderful David Hunter Koch. Audience participation is part of the show, too, with an interactive reading of the classic The Night Before Christmas. Fun for the whole family! Santa Claus will be a special guest at 2 performances. There is a $25 cover.
