L.A.: ELIZABETH UP de GRAFF IN "STILL DAZZLE & BEDAZZLED WITH A CUBAN INTERLUDE."
Elizabeth Up de Graff brings her show "Still Dazzle & Bedazzled with a Cuban Interlude" to THE GARDENIA (7066 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA - 323-467-7444) on Thursday, November 8th at 9:00 pm. A native of Los Angeles and self-described "free spirit," she was inspired to become an entertainer through her father, John Paul Livadary, who won three Oscars for Sound for his work at Columbia Pictures. Taking advantage of the performance opportunities and variety that Cabaret offers, she combines elements of jazz, blues, pop, and Piaf, as well as "absurd notions and potions," in this latest outing at The Gardenia, where she made her cabaret debut 11 years ago. She has since performed at the West Los Angeles Fine Arts Theater, the Catalina Jazz Club, and the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Andy Howe is musical director. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum or dinner.
