NYC: FEINSTEIN'S PRESENTS JACK JONES FOR ONE WEEK ONLY
FEINSTEIN'S at the Regency Hotel(540 Park Avenue, NYC - 212-339-4095 - ) presents the debut of double Grammy Award winning jazz and pop singer Jack Jones from Tuesday through Saturday, June 26th through 30th at 8:00 pm with additional 10:30 pm shows on Friday and Saturday. For the performance, Jones will feature songs from his Greatest Hits Tour as well as a few gems from his latest album "Love Ballad." Jones will be accompanied by Music Director Lou Forestieri on piano, Chris Colangelo on bass, Kendall Kay on drums and Houston Person on saxophone. Jack Jones performs around the globe to sold-out audiences in venues ranging from performing arts centers to the London Palladium. He earned two Grammy Awards for "Best Pop Male Vocal Performance" with his singles "Lollipops and Roses" and Burt Bacharach and Hal David's "Wives and Lovers". His release, Jack Jones Paints A Tribute To Tony Bennett, was nominated for "Best Traditional Pop Vocal Performance". He was also nominated for "The Impossible Dream" and his recording of "Wives and Lovers" was nominated for "Record of the Year". His hit records include "The Race Is On", "Lady", "Call Me Irresponsible" and "What I Did For Love". There is a $60-$75-$90 cover cover plus a $40 food/drink minimum.
