Stacy Sullivan's A Tribute to Miss Peggy Lee is a journey of discovery of the extraordinary musical legacy of Peggy Lee & the personal struggles of a woman whose voice captivated millions. The classic songs, intricate rhythms & exquisite arrangements that de ned her career, are elegantly portrayed in this loving homage, created with seasoned jazz master Jon Weber. The show relates Lee's rise from a tragic childhood on the desolate plains of North Dakota, to the elite company of legends, becoming one of the rst & most successful female singer/songwriters in the history of music. Stacy Sullivan, winner of the 2008 Bistro Award for Outstanding Vocalist & the 2002 MAC Award for Outstanding Female New York Debut from the Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs, has played cabaret rooms across the country, from Jazz at Lincoln Center & the legendary Oak Room at the Algonquin in New York, to Ford's Theatre & the famed Cinegrill in Hollywood. She has recorded four albums for the LML Music label, including her new CD It's a Small Town, dedicated to her dear friend, Lew Spence.
