Jackie Draper returns to THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909 ) on Sunday, March 4th at 4:00 pm and Friday, March 9th at 7:00 pm with her new show, "Seeing Stars". The show is a musical and philosophical blast through a celestial universe of sparkling songs in English, French, and Spanish. Luminary composers/lyricists include Aznavour, Becaud , the Bergmans, Bricusse, Coleman, Comden & Green, Dorough, Ellington, Landesman, Legrand, Mandel, Sondheim. There will be singing (and, yes, dancing) with the stars. Jackie soars once again with the support of her stellar team: Director Helen Baldassare; Music Director Gregory Toroian at the piano; Ritt Henn on bass; Robbyn Tongue on woodwinds; and special guest Franklin Ayala on percussion (and with toes twinkling).
