Marissa Mulder returns with her show, "Look to Your Heart", featuring the songs of Jimmy Van Heusen, to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Wednesday, December 14th at 9:30 pm. Just like Marissa, Jimmy Van Heusen grew up in Syracuse New York, where he began playing the piano at age five. He composed some of his biggest hits in his head before he was even a teenager. Jimmy Van Heusen was a multi Oscar winning composer. He wrote more than 400 songs, including " Polka Dots and Moonbeams", "Imagination", "Call me Irresponsible", and "All the Way." He wrote hit after hit for Bing Crosby and he wrote more songs recorded by Frank Sinatra than any other composer. She will be joined by Bill Zeffiro on piano, John Loerkhe on bass and Rex Benincasa on drums. Directed by Karen Oberlin.
