NYC: LETTUCE REJOICE WITH HEDDA LETTUCE
Hedda Lettuce makes her annual holiday return toTHE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Saturday, December 17th; Wednesday, December 21st; Friday, December 23rd; and Wednesday, December 28th, all shows at 7:00 pm. Hedda's crisp comedy and delicious song parodies have made this festive celebration a hit for the past ten years. Look forward to hearing such songs as, 'Here Comes Tranny Clause', the classic song, 'Sleigh Ride', in Hedda'shands turns into a gay mans quest for sex on Grinder, and 'Do You Hear What I Hear' is now, 'Do You Think That He's Queer,' about a fag hag desperately seeking a sexual relationship with a gay man. Plus, a holiday homage to therecently departed Amy Winehouse. Too soon perhaps? Not for the sardonic Miss Lettuce. There is a $22 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
