NYC: SONDHEIM UNPLUGGED EXTENDED FOR NINTH PERFORMANCE
Following seven eight out shows, THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATER (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909 - ) will continue their hit series, SONDHEIM UNPLUGGED for an ninth installment, on Friday, December 3rd at 7:00 pm. Joining the cast are Special Guests Joy Franz (Into the Woods' original Stepmother); Teri Ralston (Company's original Jenny, A Little Night Music's original Mrs. Nordstrom); Sarah Rice (Sweeney Todd's original Johanna) as well as by Marni Nixon (Follies Broadway revival) and Leenya Rideout & Bruce Sabath (Company Broadway revival). Sondheim Unplugged features an array of Broadway and Cabaret's most dynamic performers, celebrating the work of Broadway's most beloved and prolific composer, accompanied by piano only. Included in the cast: Lisa Asher, Stephanie D'Abruzzo, David Brian Colbert, David Gurland, Rob Maitner, Kevin Michael Murphy, Mark Nadler, Marni Nixon, Leenya Rideout, Julie Reyburn, Bruce Sabath, Jessica Vosk and Jason Williams and more to be announced. Each evening is hosted by Director/Producer Phil Geoffrey Bond (MAC/Bistro/Nightlife Award Winner).
