NYC: CHRISTINE REISNER AND THE SONGS OF ALBERT HAGUE
Singer Christine Reisner will appear at New York City's THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Saturday, April 10th at 7:30 pm and Friday, April 16th at 7:30 pm to premiere a retrospective of songs by her late uncle, TONY-Award winning composer Albert Hague. Directed by Eric Michael Gillett and featuring pianist Tex Arnold and Jon Burr on bass, the evening celebrates the oeuvre of one of America's national treasures. Interpreted with insightful warmth and wit by Christine Reisner, the musical world of Albert Hague comes alive in this winning one-hour show. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
