LONDON: FRANCES RUFFELLE: BENEATH THE DRESS

Tony award winning actress and singer Frances Ruffelle performs BENEATH THE DRESS, her five star Edinburgh Festival show, and the recipient of numerous five star reviews at THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Friday & Saturday, April 10th & 11th at 8:00 pm. Ruffelle performs songs by artists who have inspired her own musical journey, such as Tom Waites, Jacques Brel and Cole Porter amongst many others. Ruffelle first shot to fame playing the role of Eponine in Les Miserables. She is currently playing Dorian's long lost daughter Naomi in the new ITV series of Birds of a Feather. Her debut show at Crazy Coqs PARIS ORIGINAL completely sold out in 2013. Musical Director is David Barber. Producer is Danielle Tarento. Call for cover/minimum information.

LONDON: EDANA MINGHELLA QUARTET LATE NIGHT AT THE CRAZY COQS

The Edana Minghella Quartet brings its show "Songs Of Love And Longing" to THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Saturday, April 11th at 10:30 pm as part of the club's Late Night JazzSeries. "Songs Of Love And Longing" is a sultry late night set of gorgeous ballads and down and dirty blues from Edana Minghella. Moving, uplifting and sometimes surprising, this is an evening of powerful vocals and uncompromising talent. The quartet consists of Mick Smith (founder of The Jazz Revolutionaries) on piano, award-winning bass player Pete Maxfield on double bass, and Lee Goodchild (formerly Van Morrison's Musical Director) on saxophone, with Minghella on vocals. Call for cover/minimum information.
