LONDON: BEN STOCK AT THE CRAZY COQS

West End and UK theatre actor Ben Stock makes his debut at THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Monday, March 9th at 8:00 pm with his new show "... And There Was Music", a celebration of the songs and music that have influenced his career and life to date. From panto to Pinter, from Wolverhampton to the West End, the evening includes music and tales of life in the theatre, from composers including Jerry Herman, Noel Coward, Tom Lehrer, Meredith Wilson, Cole Porter and Amanda McBroom. Ben Stock's own career has included roles in major productions such as Beauty & the Beast, Grease, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Joseph, and recent leading regional roles in Hello Dolly and The Glenn Miller Story, as well as an annual jaunt in major pantomimes. Ben is also a regular Music Hall performer and has appeared with the Players Theatre, The Hiss and Boo Theatre Company and The Paper Moon Theatre Company in London and around the country. An acclaimed musical director, Stock plays and arranges his own material. Call for cover/minimum information.

LONDON: RAY GELATO AND CLAIRE MARTIN: 'A SWINGIN' AFFAIR'

Ray Gelato and Claire Martin present 'A Swingin' Affair' at THE PHEASANTRY (152-154 King's Road, London SW3 4UT - 08456 027 017) on Monday, March 9th at 8:30 pm. Friends for almost 30 years, award winning vocalists Claire Martin OBE and Ray Gelato have combined their love of swing and R & B and joined forces for their first show together 'A Swinging Affair'. These much celebrated and respected musicians share the stage with a world-class trio led by piano star Dave Newton to explore the Great American Songbook repertoire including such classics as; 'This Could be the Start of Something Big', 'Too Close for Comfort', 'Let's Call the Whole Thing Off' and 'They all Laughed'.
