NYC: BARRY LEVITT BIRTHDAY BASH

Come celebrate the 38th Anniversary of Barry Levitt's 29th Birthday at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Tuesday, February 4th at 7:00 pm. Barry will be joined by Jon Burr - Bass, Duane Broadnax - Drums and Bob Magnuson - Sax, Guesr vocalists are Gary Crawford, Carol Woods and Surprise Guests. There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

NYC: JAZZ LEGEND ANNIE ROSS TUESDAYS THE METROPOLITAN ROOM

Jazz legend Annie Ross continues her unprecedented, record-breaking, multi-year run at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440), every Tuesday night at 9:30 pm. Ms. Ross has been an abundant contributor to the art of jazz for over 50 years. Born in the UK, she has been a permanent resident of the USA for many years and a US citizen since 2001. Annie Ross is one of the pioneers of vocalese and the composer of "Twisted", one of the most well known examples of that art, as well as "Farmers Market", "Jackie" and many others. A founding member of Lambert, Hendricks and Ross, considered the greatest jazz vocal ensemble of all time, her influence is present in all subsequent practitioners of vocalese. "Twisted" has been recorded by a host of vocalists, including some not normally associated with jazz, including Joni Mitchell and Bette Midler. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

NYC: DINE & DANCE WITH VINCE GIORDANO AND THE NIGHTHAWKS - NOW AT THE IGUANA

Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks are back - and now will play every Monday & Tuesday night from 8:00 to 11:00 pm at at IGUANA'S VIP LOUNGE (240 West 54th Street, NYC - 212-765-5454). Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks is an eleven-piece band playing music of the 1920s & 30s for your dining and dancing pleasure. In 1976 Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks (originally known as the New Orleans Nighthawks) was formed. A big-band historian and collector, Giordano has more than 60,000 scores in his collection. There is a $15 cover (at the door) plus a $15 food drink minimum.

The funniest leading man on Broadway, the handsome and hilarious Christopher Sieber brings his sold out show back to54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Tuesday, February 4th at 7:00 pm. Christopher promises an evening of hilarious and heartwarming stories, favorite pop songs, and songs from his successful stage career in Broadway shows including Shrek (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, Drama League nominations), Spamalot (New York and West End, Tony nomination), La Cage Aux Folles, Chicago, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Into the Woods, Beauty and the Beast, Triumph of Love, and more. NYC: SONGS YOU SHOULD KNOW AT 54 BELOW

Great musical theater takes center stage at 54 BELOW(254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Tuesday, February 4th at 9:30 pm for Songs You Should Know, an annual concert of new and rarely performed songs from some of today's most talented writers. Organized by the award-winning, off-off-Broadway Libra Theater Company, Songs You Should Know showcases some of the best work soon to hit a stage near you - all performed by an amazing lineup from the Broadway and off-Broadway community. Hosted by Lauren Marcus (ReWrite, The Pregnancy Pact), this year's concert features a range of new work by Sam Carner and Derek Gregor, Joey Contreras, Amanda Green, Caleb Hoyer, Joe Iconis, Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen, Amy Molewski and Nick Luckenbaugh, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, and Katie Thompson. NYC: AKIKO YANO TRIO AT JOE'S PUB

Songwriter /vocalist Akiko Yano performs at JOE'S PUB at THE PUBLIC THEATRE(425 Lafayette Street, NYC - 212-967-7555) on Tuesday, February 4th at 7:30 pm. She is back with her long time NY friend /versuoso /musicians, Will Lee and Chris Parker, answering high demands from the fans who saw there last show at Joe's in 2012. As an international artist, Akiko has toured Europe extensively, performing at The Montreux Jazz Festival, Cafe de la Danse, and Cite de la Musique in Paris. In 2002, she also performed a week of special concerts at Pizza Express in London. In the United States, Akiko has performed in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston and New York City where she periodically plays concerts throughout the year at Joe's Pub. There is a $30-$35 cover.
