NYC: BOND REDUX: 50 YEARS OF JAMES BOND MOVIE MUSIC
54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) will kick off Oscar night at 5:00 pm on Sunday, February 24th with a special pre-ceremony 007-fest - "50 Years of James Bond Movie Music". Whether it's For Your Eyes Only, Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang or Skyfall, James Bond theme songs have an enduring place on the mantel of movie music. Hosted by The Wall Street Journal's own music reviewer, Will Friedwald, Bond Redux features over twenty of your favorite Bond tunes, performed by an all-star roster including: Emily Bergl, Tony DeSare, Natalie Douglas, Shana Farr, Lauren Fox, Marilyn Maye, Colleen McHugh, Nellie McKay, Sammy Miller & The Congregation, Christine Pedi, Steve Ross, and The Hot Sardines, to name a few. There is a $25-$35 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.
