Southern-born Broadway veterans Tad Wilson and Jessica Phillips come together to explore their Tennessee roots in a concert of Today's Country Music on Sunday, February 13th at 9:30 PM at THE TRIAD (158 West 72nd Street, NYC - 212-362-2590). Directed by Billy Porter and musically directed by Mary Mitchell-Campbell, Phillips and Wilson depict a perfect musical marriage of North and South, giving storytelling and passion a new voice in Crossover Country with a night of original tunes and the songs of some of today's hottest country artists. en on Broadway as Marion in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. She was an Original Broadway Cast member of the Tony Award winning musical Next To Normal, Jesus Christ Superstar, and The Scarlet Pimpernel (vers. 1, 2 & 3) and toured the globe as Mrs. Walker in The Who's Tommy. Tad Wilson is currently on Broadway in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Other Credits include Rock of Ages, Wonderland, Les Miserables, The Full Monty and The Civil War. He had the opportunity to join Larry Gatlin and Trisha Yearwood as well as many of his Broadway friends on stage for the Ford's Theatre Concert for the President featuring the music of The Civil War by Frank Wildhorn. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum
