INAUGURAL MELBOURNE CABARET FESTIVAL ANNOUNCED

The inaugural MELBOURNE CABARET FESTIVAL will be held from Thursday through Sunday, July 22nd through 25th in the historic Emerald Hill arts and cultural precinct in Melbourne, AUS. Over these nights it will bring thousands of people into South Melbourne who will be encouraged to dine and shop locally. In collaboration with their major cultural partner, the Australian National Academy of Music, the Melbourne Cabaret Festival is ecstatic to present the planet's best and most famous quartet - the Brodsky Quartet from the UK - in collaboration with comedian, actor, composer, performer and 2009 Helpmann Award winner, Eddie Perfect. The Brodsky ensemble will be supplemented with Academy musicians. See website for more information on all the festival events.
