NYC: CRISTINA MORRISON APPEARING AT THE METROPOLITAN ROOM
Vocalist Cristina Morrison will be appearing at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Wednesday, September 26th at 9:30 pm in " I Love"m celebrating her CD of the same title. She will be joined on stage by Helio Alves: Piano, Willard Dyson: Drums, Marcus McLaurine: Bass and Peter Brainin: Sax. Cristina is as worldly and well-traveled as they come. She was born in Miami and spent time living in Rome, Quito, the Galapagos Islands and Los Angeles before landing in the Big Apple, from whence she recorded this fine debut CD. There is a $30 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
