NYC: MARK JANAS' SALON: "THEN & NOW!"
SALON - that unique, Multiple Award Winning, Weekly Open Mic Event, created and hosted by Mark Janas returns to ETCETERA ETCETERA (352 West 44th Street, NYC - 212-399-4141 - ) on Sunday, August 19th from 7:00 to 10:30 pm (sign-up begins at 6:15 pm). The optional theme for the evening is "Then & Now / Anniversaries & Remembrances – A Celebration of Seven Years of Salon!" Co-Hosts will be Salon Charter Members Jeffrey Biering, Donna Coney Island, Kristin Maloney, Chris Weikel & Stephen Wilde. Remember, any material, on or off theme, is always welcome at Salon. There are no reservations; seating is on a first come/ first served basis, with one intermission. There is a $10 cash cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
