NYC: JOEL GINN WITH NEW SHOW: "SINGING BING"
Crooner Joel Ginn returns to the THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Thursdays, January 12th & 26th and Saturdays, January 14th and 28th, all shows at 7:00 pm. Joel's new show, Singing Bing, is based on songs introduced and covered by legendary singer and performer, Bing Crosby. Bing's crooning technique had a great impact on the music industry for most of the 20th Century, and his style will continue to influence singers and songwriters for centuries to come. Singing Bing is directed by Lina Koutrakos, with musical direction by Jeff Cubeta, and features Matt Wigton on bass. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
