LONDON: NATALIE DOUGLAS - SAMMY & NAT & STEVIE & JOE

New York notable and multi-award winning Natalie Douglas returns by popular demand to THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL(20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Tuesday through Saturday, February 9th through 16th at 8:00 pm, with a brand new show, SAMMY & NAT & STEVIE & JOE. Building upon her three previous smash Crazy Coqs appearances, Natalie and her Musical Director Mark Hartman, of Broadway's Avenue Q & Sondheim on Sondheim, have created an exciting program of songs to honor the extraordinary talents of Sammy Davis, Jr., Nat "King" Cole, Stevie Wonder & Joe Williams - including "Mr. Bojangles," "Mona Lisa," "All In Love Is Fair" and "Something To Live For." Natalie Douglas has performed in venues across the US and internationally; from her New York concert home - the legendary Birdland Jazz Club - to Carnegie Hall, to Jazz at Lincoln Center, to the Cafe Carlyle, to The Kennedy Center, to the Greenwich Theatre and Feinstein's. Her musical celebrations of Freedom Songs, Nina Simone, Lena Horne, Nat "King" Cole and Cafe Society have had audiences on their feet clapping long and loud and yelling for more. LONDON: LONDON RED - LATE NIGHT AT THE CRAZY COQS

Performing latin, soul and funk version of jazz standards as well as some of their own compositions, talented jazz band London Red, who have an average age of just 19, moves back into THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) Saturday, February 13th at 10:30 pm as part of the club's Late Night Series. already have a string of prestigious gigs under their belts and red braces at venues all over London and abroad. On keys, Greg Evain specialises in boogie-woogie and blues. He was nominated "Young Talent 2011" at Les Nuits du Jazz, Nantes. An honours music graduate at Le Catho in Angers, he is now pursuing a post-graduate diploma at Trinity Laban and plays with several groups including Blue 7 and Trinity Jazz Ensemble. On bass, Arthur O'Hara also studies at Trinity Laban. His eclectic taste in music covers the full spectrum, from jazz to folk, rock 'n' soul and funk. He plays bass with Dr Schwamp and Yesa Sikyi. On drums, James Dancer studies jazz performance at Trinity Laban. He also plays with Out of the Loop and NYJO Academy and recently played for Tony Hadley of Spandau Ballet and at the London Jazz Festival. On trumpet and vocals, Freddie Benedict has sung solos at the Royal Festival Hall, Krakow Filharmonia and Glyndebourne and has a choral scholarship to King's College London. He is lead male singer and part-time vocal coach with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Band leader and on sax, Alex Dugan has reached diploma level on soprano, tenor and baritone sax. His sax quartet became Pro Corda National Champions in 2012, the same year he became Trinity Musician of the Year. Now studying at the L.S.E., he plays with the University of London Big Band.
