LONDON: DARYL SHERMAN CELEBRATES CD RELEASE AT THE CRAZY COQS
Manhattan mainstay Daryl Sherman returns to THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Sriday & Saturday, December 8th & 9th at 8:00 pm to celebrate a brand new CD "My Blue Heaven". This is her first recording on a label in Japan where she returns for the fourth time this spring. In addition to the title song chestnut (popular in Japan as "A O Zora") Daryl presents her up close and personal view on love and pursuit of happiness. From "Wouldn't It Be Loverly", Blossom Dearie's "Inside A Silent Tear" "Let's Go Live In A Lighthouse" and "Fly Me To The Moon," her brand of whimsy, longing and laughter will warm your heart on a cold winter's eve.
