INDIAN WELLS, CA: ERIC COMSTOCK & BARBARA FASANO AT VICKYS OF SANTA FE

Eric Comstock & Barbara Fasano, whose electrifying combination of warmth, wit, swing and sensuality have made them the nightclub world's most celebrated team, bring their acclaimed show "This Thing Called Love, NY Valentine" to VICKY'S OF SANTA FE (45-100 Club Drive, Indian Wells, CA - 760-345-9770) on Monday 7 Tuesday, February 16th & 17th at 8:00 pm. The talented couple are every bit as entertaining as they are musically savvy. The multiple MAC, Bistro and New York Nightlife Award winners - they were honored with the 2013 MAC award for Major Duo Artists of the Year - are regular performers at New York's most prestigious clubs and concert halls. They were among the last performers to headline at the Algonquin Hotel's legendary Oak Room Supper Club, and have also performed at Carnegie Hall, The Allen Room and Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola at Jazz at Lincoln Center, Merkin Hall, Symphony Space, New York Festival of Song, The Algonquin, Feinstein's, The Carlyle, Birdland, and the 92nd Street Y's 'Lyrics and Lyricists' series. There is a $30 cover plus a $10 food/drink minimum.

SAN DIEGO, CA: MARDI GRAS CELEBRATION WITH JANICE EDWARDS & NATHAN FRY

Janice and Nathan (Janice Edwards & Nathan Fry) perform on Fridays from 7:00 to 10:00 pm at MARTINI'S ABOVE FOURTH (3940 4th Avenue, San Diego, CA - 619-400-4500). While Nathan's virtuosity speaks for itself, accompaniment to Janice makes for an inspired pair at they present resonant selections from their extensive list of everything from funk to country, gospel and jazz. $10 Jambalaya all night. No cover show.

SAN FRANCISCO: PAULA WEST IN EXTENDED RUN AT FEINSTEIN'S

After a sold out run in 2014, Paula West returns to FEINSTEIN'S AT THE NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 866-663-1063) for another winter residency with an all new show featuring an ecletic mix of songs from memorable jazz standards by Cole Porter and Rodgers and Hart to contemporary American classics by Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones. Performances are Thursdays through Sundays, February 12th through March 22nd - at 8:00 pm on Thursdays & Fridays, and 7:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. There is an additional late night performance on Valentine's Day, February 14th at 10:00 pm. Paula West is a Bay Area favorite, known for her rich and powerful contralto voice. She has released four CDs including "Temptation" (1997) "Restless" (1999) "Come What May" (2001) and "Live at Jazz Standard" (2012). West performs across the Country as well as internationally and has shared stages with Rosemary Clooney, Jimmy Scott, Oscar Brown Jr. Freddy Cole, Mose Allison, Mavis Staples and Dave Frishberg. She has been the featured vocalist with Wynton Marsalis at Jazz at Lincoln Center, performed at the White House and had a sold out debut at the Maison de la Musique in Paris. She'll be joined onstage by her four piece band that includes Adam Schulman and Bruce Barth on piano, Barak Mori and John Witala on bass, Ed Cherry on guitar and Jerome Jennings on drums and, together, they will take their Feinstein's audiences on a musical journey through the ages. There is a $35-$50 cover plus a $20 food/drink minimum.
