CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: CABARET FOR A CAUSE: WEST END MEETS BROADWAY

Oliver award winner and original RSC and West End Matilda, Kerry Ingram, joins Broadway kids in Cabaret for a Cause at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 212-255-5438) on November 25th at 7:00 pm. Kerry joins the original Broadway Matilda's, Sophia Gennusa, Oona Laurence, Bailey Ryon, and Milly Shapiro as well as Carly Paige Baron (Mary Poppins), Colin Critchley (Kinky Boots, Waiting For Godot), Emma Howard (Matilda), Sawyer Nunes(Matilda), Kara Oates (Mary Poppins, Billy Elliot), Julianna Rigoglioso (Mary Poppins, Far From Heaven), Abigail Shapiro (How the Grinch Stole Christmas), Hayden Signoretti (Mary Poppins, Richard III), and Jaidyn Young (Annie) in an evening at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre to raise money for Shifting Shakespeare. Lauren Echausse will host. Shifting Shakespeare is a summer residency that provides a creative and nurturing environment where neuro-typical actors collaborate with actors with special needs to tackle the work of William Shakespeare. The goal of the program is to build literacy, fluency, and comprehension through drama and social interaction. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
