CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: ANN HAMPTON CALLAWAY WITH SONGS I WISH I'D WRITTEN
Singer/ songwriter Ann Hampton Callaway brings a new show to 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) opening on Sunday, November 24th at 7:00 pm. The show, 'Songs I Wish I'd Written' will have additional performances on Monday & Wednesday, November 25th & 27th at 7:00 pm, and Friday & Saturday, November 29th & 30th at 8:00 & 11:00 pm. Which songs will Platinum Award winning singer-songwriter Ann Hampton Callaway choose in this exciting night of great Broadway, jazz and pop music? As she did in The Streisand Songbook (which earned her a MAC Award for best show of the year), Callaway will be putting her imaginative musical stamp on thoughtfully chosen gems, with insightful words about the writers and the craftsmanship that make these songs unique and enduring. Accompanied by Ted Rosenthal at the piano, Martin Wind on bass and Tim Horner on drums, the spirit of Thanksgiving will come alive with this intoxicating feast of unforgettable music! There is a $40-$70 cover (depending on day & time) plus a $25 food/drink minimum.
