CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: JUDY CARMICHAEL QUARTET AT DIZZY'S
The Judy Carmichael Quartet (Harry Allen, saxophone; Chris Flory, guitar; Jay Leonhart, bass; and special guest Mike Renzi, piano) will perform atDIZZY'S CLUB AT JAZZ AT LINCOLN CENTER (33 West 60th Street, NYC - 212-258-9595) on Monday, October 28th with shows at 7:30 & 9:30 pm. Pianist and vocalist Judy Carmichael is a GRAMMY Award-nominee who currently hosts Judy Carmichael's Jazz Inspired on NPR. For over thirty years she has been a stride piano master and has given performances for the likes of Rod Stewart, Robert Redford, and President Clinton. At Dizzy's she will be joined by Mike Renzi, Jay Leonhart, Chris Flory, and Harry Allen, in celebration of her new album, I Love Being Here with You. There is a $30 cover.
