CELEBRATING MARCH IS CABARET MONTH
Lindsay Roginski & Fiona Webster bring their show "Get Closer" toTHE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Wednesday, March 20th at 7:00 pm. Lindsay Roginski is an American actress, a mezzo-belter and a Bob Fosse-trained dancer. Critics have applauded Lindsay for bringing a rare, old-time Broadway glamour to every role. With her smoky, sex-bomb demeanor, coupled with a full-throated voice, Lindsay has worked extensively in musical theater, endearing herself to audiences around the world. Fiona Campbell Webster is a jazz/lounge singer and songwriter. Fiona was born in England and moved to Australia as a child where she started her singing career studying opera singing at the Royal Queensland Conservatorium of music. Fiona returned to the U.K in her twenties where she pursued a career as a singer/songwriter recording in the jazz lounge genre, firstly as the main singer on the album "Hypnotone AI" released on Creation Records in the U.K. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
