NYC: THE METROPOLITAN ROOM PRESENTS THE TIM LANCASTER GROUP
Tim Lancaster makes his debut appearance at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Thursday, November 8th at 9:30 pm with the dynamic TIM LANCASTER GROUP. As drummer and composer of this jazz outfit, Tim's band features some of today's greatest jazz players performing both original arrangements and well as modern interpretations of jazz standards. Tim has performed his music up and down the East Coast and at Caribbean jazz festivals. He is now enjoying playing on the New York City scene. He's performed with an array of jazz greats from modern heroes like Tony Malaby and Terry McManus to seasoned players like arranger Dick Berkhe. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
