NYC: SEPTEMBER CALENDAR GIRL - "CHANGE OF A DRESS"
Colleen McHugh presents her latest show of her monthly CALENDAR GIRL series, and this month she presents "CHANGE OF A DRESS: Songs of Fashion and Other September Issues" atTHE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE(61 Christopher Street, NYC - 1-212-255-5438 ) on Thursday, September 27th at 7:00 pm. Musical director is Tedd Firth, with Steve Doyle, bass; Sean Harkness, guitar. It promises to be a chic collection of jazz, country, Broadway and beyond, with songs from Cole Porter, Bobbie Gentry, David Yazbek, Livingston & Evans, and more. Plus lots of comedy and the ever-popular Improv Song. With tunes by Harold Rome, Irving Berlin, Randy Newman, Frank Loesser, and more! Plus: Tedd might sing. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
