NYC: NEW MONDAYS AT 54 BELOW - KICK OFF SHOW AT OF NEW ROOM
A new Monday night series, "New Mondays at 54 BELOW" premiers on Monday, June 4th at 7:00 pm at 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551). Designed to celebrate the work of some of New York's most exciting new songwriters for the musical theatre, the series also salutes some of Broadway's most legendary talents, all debuting their newest work. Be the first to hear the hit songs from some of Broadway's newest musicals directly from the composers (and their guest vocalists) themselves. This week will showcase New Work from Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk, Steve Marzullo, and David Zippel (including a tune he wrote for an abandoned musical version of TOOTSIE). In the cast: Dee Hoty, Randy Graff, Annie Golden, Lindsay Mendez, Julia Murney, Michael Winther, Lisa Brescia, Terri Klausner, Kenita Miller & more. There is an $18 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
