NYC: EMILY BERGL'S "NY I LOVE YOU" PREMIERS AT THE CAFE CARLYLE -OPENS TONIGHT
Emily Bergl's "NY I Love You" Premiers at theTHE CAFE CARLYLE (35 East 76th Street, NYC - 212-570-7189) Tuesdays through Saturdays, May 1st through 12th at 8:45 pm with late shows added on Fridays & Saturdays at 10:45 pm. "NY I Love You" is an evening of song and stories that explores a life-long love affair with the Big Apple and all the characters that call Manhattan home. It's a "city that never sleeps", with classic tunes from Rodgers and Hart to Gus Kahn, and sly reinventions of modern pop from the Beach Boys to Cyndi Lauper. Emily Bergl is best known for her role on "Desperate Housewives," but has performed in cabaret at several clubs around the country over the past few years, including Don't Tell Mama, The Laurie Beechman, The Metropolitan Room and the Oak Room at the Algonquin.
